    I just wanted to come on here and thank you. I am currently on a calorie deficit and I’ve already lost 9 pounds. You’ve completely inspired me to change my eating habits and getting me motivated to go to the gym PLUS your recipes are bomb! Can you pleaseeeee do more what you eat in a day?!     Okay so, you’ve been one of my favorite youtubers
    For a long time now. I rarely make comments though. I wanted to jump on and say how amazing I think you are and how happy I am that you made this video. I normally avoid talking about losing weight Bc it makes me feel insecure and angry. But you put everything out there so raw and genuinely, I loved it. I watched part one and part two. You just made me love you 100x more.

    You help me so much Amy seriously. I lost 40 pounds because of the knowledge you share I thank you soooo much for it ! You help me understand how our system work. and how progress how made overtime and not stressing with the scale, thank you Amy !!

    I’m so happy how you explain everything and we learn from it I love that so much if it wasn’t for amy that explains everything I wouldn’t be watching I love how you tubers teach stuff and explain not just video where your just answering questions but your learning so much stuff I love this!!!❤️❤️❤️

    It depends on the individual, there’s not one diet for everyone. Counting calories may work for some, but for others counting calories can lead to horrible eating disorders. Meat makes me gain weight more than any other food group. Some foods I can eat tons of and not feel bad or even gain weight while not working out, it truly depends on the person

    Currently I am on weight watchers and I’ve lost 28 pounds, 50 more to go but I love hearing your experience and I agree with 100% of all of your advice. I lost 60 pounds in 2014 and did it such an unhealthy way I ended up losing my hair, having to go to therapy, and then gained it all back plus 30 more lbs!!! So this time around it is time to do it the right way ❤️

    You look so beautiful I’ve tried to lose weight but I always just go back to eating rubbish again, I have anxiety and have a fear of not eating enough and feeling faint and fainting so I just eat whatever so I know I can’t faint if that makes sense, I do want to go and see a nutritionist so she can help me with what to eat x

    Great video! I'm so happy that you touched on the math of losing weight. Usually unhealthy foods are higher in calories for the quantity, compared to most healthier foods. Obvi there are exceptions to the rule but many people don't touch on that. Or that not all healthy foods are created equal in regard to weight loss, example: you can have a cup of berries & will consume way less calories than a cup pineapple.
