    I dont know I am eating on calorie deficite and I reduced 3 to 4 kg but now at 65 I am not reducing any fat I am super tensed. I am on 800 to 900 cal

    Mai week mai 4 days fast (roza) rakhti ho so 23 hour ma hum apni pe skta hye.i eat 2 time one meal in shari one aftari so now i take one meal and not drink water for 16 hour is this fine with this diet plan

    Please do not follow such diets. They are fraudulent in the sense that your body becomes accustomed to burning low calories and find it difficult to burn any extra calorie that you eat. If you cheat after following these kind of diets you will gain weight again rapidly. Just eat healthy and exercise.

    Iam a bit confused, does one meal means having anything we want or we should still stick to the dietry meals, and secondly the other things which vicky told to eat were for snacking throughout the day, imean with having nuts, boiled eggs, fruits?, did she realy mean that? Plz Vicky i need ur reply on this
