Hi, I just watched a few of your videos for the first time and I absolutely love you. For some reason I felt a strong connection with you as soon as I saw your face. I am also bisexual and have had eating and weight issues in the past. You are such an inspiration to me and your videos are wonderfully made and I can tell you really think through every minute of them. I love your style, your personality and everything in between. Keep doing what you do! Thank you, for allowing me to spend 4 hours of this day watching your videos and boosting my mood instantaneously. You’re amazing.
    With love, Katie

If you are doing 2-3 weeks of not eating, isn't that technically water fasting?
I think 2-3 weeks of fasting is a bit of extreme if you started out. 1 week is okay.

I think should emphasize what you did is NOT healthy, so advise other views not following the same path.

I understand the binging problem. I think the healthy way is just counting calories.. You can each whatever you want, but just count it and try not to go over. It's good to add some treat here and there and continue to eat healthy.

I really do think this is a great video… except from when you promoted a calorie counting and macros app just after talking about your disordered relationship with food and saying how you want to be careful with an impressionable audience. Don’t want to seem like I’m hating, it’s just not the best way to raise awareness of the raw issues of eating disorders but then possibly perpetuating them with an app which many people will use if they do have one or which will possibly lead to an eating disorder in some people.

it’s taken me a while to look in the mirror and say i like what i see. there are still days that i can’t look in the mirror and there are days where i have to convince myself that what i see is okay. it’s a struggle and it’s mentally exhausting and i hate that society has set these standards for us that we all feel we need to achieve when it simply isn’t possible for some of us. the moment you stop comparing yourself to others is the moment you will feel the most self empowered. keep pushing through guys. you got this <3

The best thing about her is that she is 100% completely herself and always has been since day one. Too many youtubers put out a fake personality for views. Love her❤️

.. I relate to this. I passed thru this and it was truly the worst part of my life. I would hate myself and just wanted to be more dedicated on loosing more weight. From 183 to 120 pounds. I lost 60 pounds in less than 1 month and a week. It was to the point where my period wouldn’t be red it was just a light color & only last 2 days. (Which regularly last 8 days. ) now I’m the happiest. I got help from friends and family. And focusing on myself to be happy with who I am. You will get thru this. And love yourself as much as we love you

I have a perfectly skinny figure and I constantly have to keep track of it. Because I don't exercise much anymore due to an injury, I leave the table a third hungry afraid that my big appetite would make me "fat" and less attractive. Your video has inspired me a lot Millie! I'm sorry you had to go through this, but I am very proud of you that you have faced the problem head on! I love you♡

Same hun. It’s so wonderful to see a realistic representation of weight fluctuation AND the mental side of eating disorders. Thankyou, I needed this right now.❤️
