Day 1:

Day 5:

  • Snack: A fruit or cup of tea.
  • Dinner: 3 tablespoons oatmeal with water or skimmed milk; salad with leeks, celery, lettuce, olive oil and a pinch of salt. Apple in compote with yogurt.
