    OKAY but seriously when you said to ask someone you see doing it, a girl has done this to me but specifically asked me how long I'd been doing booty workouts and what I do. It was first of all, flattering, so of course I didn't mind telling her, but people in the gym are all there to better themselves. Rarely will they say no. I love that advice.

    This video is perfect timing! I was being so cruel to myself and I noticed I would constantly say I looked terrible (especially in pics) and I just felt so awful. I took a few weeks off and didn’t go back until I wanted to, not because I felt guilty about not going. I’m back now and I feel good about being strong and hopefully can keep it a healthy habit.

    My problem right now is trying to maintain a good training regimen while going to school and working fulltime. I want to go at least 3 times a week

    Funnily enough, I find going to the gym so addictive, I started going on the treadmill again like three weeks ago and somehow this time, I was really motivated and now I wanna go every single evening and also do so most of the time ahahah but at the same time, I know that exams are coming up and I won’t continue having that kinda time and I shouldn’t priorities gym over uni and when I’m home I won’t have a gym membership either, so I guess it’s just as easy to get out of it

    Thank you for this video, Grace! The thing with the relationship with food is so true! It took me like three years to find out but I know that I get a sweet tooth every day after lunch. That‘s just me. So I get dark chocolate (vegan for sure) eat one bar every day after lunch and I don‘t get any more cravings. And still, on weekends I allow myself one meal when I eat whenever I want or I allow myself these cocktails and I am still lossing weight slowly and continuosly over time.

    Love the emphasis on not using food as a reward, think this is soooo important! Also I just recently stumbled across your channel and binge watched EVERY video on here. My fav one was the video about feeling anxious/intimidated when going to the gym. Although I am not a newbie at the gym I still feel a bit lost sometimes. Your advice was great. Hands down my fav youtuber <3

    Grace! For 2019 you should try out a Passion Planner as an agenda! I got one last year after a friend recommended it to me and it actually changed my life! Honestly, I cannot stress this enough, they are so freaking awesome and every busy bad-ass woman needs one, I swear!!!!!
