    woah weve had the same life haha fit in high school and then gaining 50 pounds in college, losing it at the end and then gaining some back!!! I lost like 35 pounds a year and a half ago and have gained almost all of it back and im finally going back to what worked for me before to get fit again and actually reach and maintain my goal weight this time!

    I lost 7 pounds and then was stuck at 118 for months. I started restricting calories a bit more and lost 3 pounds. And this weeekend I went to my brothers hockey tournament. And that meant I wasnt really caring what i was eating. One thing I noticed is that i got so SO MUCH quicker. I ate 2 mini muffins and 3 sausages and I was full. And then for lunch we went to chinese and half a cup of soda, some fried rice, a few peices of Chicken, and a spring roll later i was stuffed. I was expecting to have a smaller stomach after I reached my goal but only 3 pounds later I was so suprised

    You do know that diet is just what you eat right? Like if i asked someone what they're diet was they would say something like " oh I eat fast food alot with occasional home cooked meals"

    Yes I did the same. I lost 53 pounds in 5 months. I ate super clean and worked out 6 days a week . I'm also older so yes it's achievable

    I lost 27 pounds in a really unhealthy way, I’m getting better from an eating disorder, and I gained 15 pounds so this time I’m going to lose it eating healthy and exercising. I’m tired of fasting for 100 hours and purging every meal. I’m three days into it and I’m happy and motivated.

    Okay. I am from greece. And i would be a normal, skinny girl. Then. Me my father and brother went to germany. To live there. Oof sighs I gained 60 pounds. And as a 13 yr old girl. Thats *ALOT*. So, i decided to ask my dad to go to a gym. We asked all the gyms at the city, and people can go to the gym from 16+ year old… I would cry for that…. So, i waited 1 year….. Without even dieting. After that… I would feel soooooo sad and bored. I began to eat salads, before i go to school, to drink a smoothie and NO sugar.. After 1 month i lost 4 pounds. I was so happy for that and became vegeterian… After 6 months, i became ME! AGAIN! so dont stop!! Everyone can lose weight!!! Good luck!

    I lost like 8 lbs within the first month leading into the next month, then Halloween came around the corner and I gained it all back. 🙁 Trying to get the motivation to clean my act up. I already cut out all pop and so I don't want it anymore. Thanks for your video!

    Maybe i did it for myself indirectly.. i did lose a lot of weight for other ppl.. the last time was getting fit for enlistment.. we had to have a certain bmi befor shipping..

    the past times i can think of when i exerted myself to lose weight.. were for programs or other external reasons..

    I'm currently 150, I'll update this everyday of my journey:
    Day 1: 150 pounds,i ate 2 carrots, a bite of ginger bread cake w/ frosting, and Chinese rice noodles with pork, chicken, & shrimp.
