    OK this summer was literal trash for me because I had summer school to get ahead and I'd come home from summer PE, eat a lot, pass out from exhaustion, go to math class, come home, eat, do homework, SLEEP and it was a constant cycle that drove me out of my mind!!! Even though I was trying my best to lose weight during the summer I got NOWHERE HAHAHA. You would think summer pe would help but it was my diet keeping me astray. My family had parties with families every other four days and we'd buy a buttload of food. SMH I would binge on chocolate chip cookies and ice cream from costco. Legit binge like six a day of cookies and three ice creams LOlolol. I happened to maintain weight, but I never got lower than I wanted to. (I also play tennis and I exercise a lot) So I'll do myself a favor and cut out all white breads/sugary foods and junk but I will treat myself every other week.

    I know you’re probably aware of this but you mentioned something that might be a little misleading to some. You should not cut fat from your diet. The brain and the body need it to function. It is an important part of a diet.

    Thank you for being so positive. I see so many videos of young women bashing their younger self, when most of the young girls watching their videos are probably at the beginning of their own journey and weigh around the same. It’s so refreshing that you appreciate all the aspects of this journey.

    I am 15, I wouldn’t call myself overweight but I am at 90kg. I am so confused as to how that is even possible. I eat healthy and exercise everyday.

    Omg I’m so proud of your weight loss journey!!! I got a question for you sweetie, I’m always this fit girl and always do my workout, but I have few stretch marks so how did you get rid of stretch marks after losing all this weight? Thanks

    I start today 🙂 My goal is to be a much healthier person (conscious eater, more active, drink more water, solid sleeping schedule and be more confident) in one year! Wish me luck aha 😛

    out of all of the weight loss stories i have seen, this one definitely inspired me the most. I feel like it is the most realistic weight loss journey instead of killing yourself at the gym and loosing a lot of weight at once like a lot of others. I am around 180 pounds and im not very happy with how im looking, and im hoping to get into a healthier lifestyle.

    I am a healthy wieght 140 pounds height being 5”5 but i don’t feel good in my skin I am on the higher end of my wieght class, I feel my thighs are too big and so are my hips, even my face. Last Summer I lost a ton of weight about 20 pounds, but I have gained some of that back and I really wanna lose it. I need motivation so

    Im 15 and im around 85 kg and im trying to lose weight. Im trying to cut out all of the candy and junk food that i eat and im trying to work out ever day. I have been trying to lose weight for 4 years now and i always wanted to lose weight quickly and i did not have patience at all. I wanted to try all those diets that would make you lose a kg a day but this video has helped me understand that if i want to see result im going to have to work over a long period of time. This has been very helpful! Thank you!
