    Excellent Advice! No sugar, no fast food. Just exercise, stay hydrated and keep carbs to a minimum. Also there are some supplements that can slightly accelerate fat burning.     Hey guys, I’m trying to lose weight and haven’t had much success. My friend said she lost 25 pounds on this program 3weekdietstack.com but I’m not sure if it will work for my body type. Has anybody tried this?? Thanks for the help.

    1200 is super bad you work out ,you should eat a lot more. Please any one considering to lose weight eat enough for your body type plus more if you are working out 3+ a week.

    In a high protein high fat and low carb diet, cesear dressing is good fat because the "fat" is the anchovie in it to give it the "cesear" taste

    Anybody who is watching this please NEVER take this advice. She is not eating anywhere close to what she should be eating. I wrestle and have had to cut a lot of weight in a short and long term for tournaments and this is nowhere the amount you should be eating. If you try this method, you will surely regret it. 1300 calories is not the amount you should be eating.
