  • I love your videos. It’s interesting how some friends want to keep you fat they lie and say you look good the way you are knowing that if they are skinnier they would not want to change places with you. I’ve lost 5 pounds just been on my weight loss journey for the past 3 weeks have a ways to go but I feel so motivated especially because yesterday I got into a shirt I haven’t been able to wear. I know the progress is small but on a positive note it’s big because im headed in the right direction and that is what I’m staying focused on. I think a good video suggestion would be your workout split and the type of cardio you do and how often. Thanks dr. Nina your truly full of love realism and encouragement

  • yes ur ability to keep it off so long is definitely a great accomplishment. I've lost 40 lbs in 7 months and another 10 in the year following so that's 50lbs in a little under 2 years and I put back on 30 in 1 year. yes it comes on slow put gets put back on super fast if ur not careful. I was going through a lot of changes in that year but now I'm back on the path to taking it off. watching you definitely gave me that push the 1st time and I'm so happy you have continued to keep it off and making these kind of videos because it continues to push me. one more thing nobody tells you about weight loss is that it may come in waves for some people and it's ok if u put some weight back on as long as you get back on it and get it off. did that happen to you in your journey? I've watched all your videos but I don't remember if that ever happened to you…

  • This actually just gave me an idea to give myself a year to transform. Like to just have fitness,health and feeling good abotu myself as my priority and see where that will take me in a year.   • I love your videos very inspirational, I have begun my weight lost journey recently, I have some health problems that include chronic pain! I have been changing my diet, working out at home 2-3 days a week some times due to my health. I want to tone up my arms!, tighs ,etc not getting the results I want. its been 5 mons with little result from work out videos I lost 12 lbs I drink protein shakes before or after work out, always plenty water! what's the best toning workout plan can you suggest?

You are above and beyond my favorite weight loss inspiration channel. And you always seem to upload exactly what I need to hear. Iv restarted my weight loss 3 times since the beginning of THIS month (12 days yall) and I just cant keep it up. Got family and friends constantly coming up with reasons to "start tomorrow" and I just… I want this weight GONE.   • I feel like this video should have been longer. I connected with most, if not all, the points you made. Being mindful of what's brought in your house? I had to send my mom home for a while bc she loves to snack on candy and cookies and such. She knows I'm trying to drop some pounds but she can't help it herself (diabetes and a mean sugar/carb addiction). Since she's been home (4 days) I have been working out daily. Lost an inch so far and I plan to keep going. Your videos give me hope for a healthier me. Thanks for sharing.
