Great Video. I've been able to lose a lot of weight using a pretty method. I can't post the link here but you can find it on my channel.

Joy is my bias so I'm happy to see her taking care of herself! Every other member has gotten super thin then rebounded at least once and I wish there wasn't so much pressure on them. Honestly there is more than 1 type of beauty.

I'm surprised you didn't mention the mean name "Pig Velvet" that have been given to the all groupe during Dumb dumb era when every member (except Seulgi) gained weight

it seems that sm finally realized what a skirt should actually look like on joy hahaha. in the beginning the other members were fine but joy looked like she was wearing fabric laying over biker shorts.

i feel like she lost the most weight when she started acting in her drama, she lost the positivity and it was clear she was being overworked, she wasn't able to perform in many shows including the North Korea one. I think in cookie jar she is finally back to the positivity that she once had.

she's an inspiration, i aspire to be like her. "negativity shows on your face" i think that's really true but i just can't be confident enough in my own body

I wonder if a fanbase protecting you (Joy) from all the hate is the reason why she didn’t rebound or spiral. Wendy has so much hate for her body and not many protected her unlike joy. I think this is a factor on why Wendy always changes weight when Joy is steady. Joy knows that her fanbase will protect her while Wendy’s fanbase just confuses her. I don’t know this is just my opinion 🙂

Honestly Joy is one of my biggest role models, she has a good and healthy mindset, is talented and has a great personality. I hope I can become like her one day.

So joy stans defend her to the death from hate but Wendy can get depressed and anorexic and that’s okay???? I don’t care who your bias is, if you don’t care about all the members then you aren’t a true fan

Thank you so much for finally doing Joy 🙂 Been requesting it for some time. It would be great if you could do Mino from Winner (male) because he lost a lot of weight in a short time. (And for female) either Luna from f(x) or Minzy

they defended joy but not wendy? that's a unfair. I know wendy is the most underrated member and unlike joy it wasn't baby fat, but no one deserves body-shaming

Thank u so much. I've been waiting for a long time for her video to come out. I respect Joy a lot more now and she's actually now encouraged me to exercise instead of starving myself. Thank u.

Wow, she's such an inspiration… I've recently been in that mindset too, where I'll try to lose weight, and if I can't reach my goals I'll attack myself for it. But the fact that she was able to become happy in her body without worrying too much about the results is really amazing. No matter what she looked like she was always confident about it and worked to improve herself instead of getting down about her weight. She's inspired me to try to work towards that mindset as well, where I try to become not only healthy but happy while doing it. Thanks for making this video ^^ it's really inspiring.

Wendy is gonna need a part 2 for sure. She gained weight after Red Flavor and now in 2 months she lost a lot of it and is almost back to russian roulette era. I mean she looked so good with a little weight on I don’t get why she had to start losing again :(( i love her sm. But these videos are GOLD

Kpop is…nice and all but the way people treat idols is ridiculous. Them not being able to eat certain things saddens me. They're even set to think that if they're told to diet, they really are overweight. And they think eating 200cal a day is normal.

I wear a size medium sweatshirt here in the usa, but in Korea it's an EXTRALARGE! I've been told by koreans that I'm overweight, even though im 160cm (5'4) and 103lb (46kg). I have an ed because of this!
It's sickening tbh, and I couldn't imagine how bad idols have it.

In debut Red Velvet was criticized because of the concept, timing, and the f(x) situation. But definetely not for their "weak" visuals. Literally that's the only thing that they complimented besides Wendy's voice.

Absolutely love this and how you delivered the video, one of the main reason joy is the way she is, is because of her healthy mindset and positive personality and it shows in the way she acts and look. Obviously she made mistakes at first but now she is now is as beautiful as she was when she first debut.

Joy is not the main rapper. She used to be the lead rapper, but now Yeri seems for fitting for that role. Joy is currently the lead vocalist, along with Seulgi ❤
