    Currently my workout is
    15 mins running
    15 mins skipping
    5 mins stretching
    Barbell curl 3*12
    Pushups 3*10
    Dips with help of chair 3*10
    Is it good for fatloss and I'm in caloric deficit
    It's been 2 weeks I'm following this plan and I think I've loss some weight though I haven't checked yet
