    I personally found that lowering calories helps to lose weight only in the short-term. Advanced nutrition and health weight loss program is the only thing that worked for me.     Obesity rates have tripled due to added sugars in most foods…fast foods, pop ( 8 tbls sugar per can) genetically modified frankenfoods, and prepared frozen foods…so, nutrition is removed, sugar is added…we feed the parasites and starve to death…cause the foods no longer have the same nutritional benefit

    Whatever people say don't drink smoothies as a meal replacement. For your next meal you're going to feel very hungry or if you drink a lot of smoothies at once you are drinking / eating a lot of calories because they are compact into something small

    My secret of losing weight is drinking jeera water by adding little tulsi leaves every morning in empty stomach, then before amd after my every meal. That is our indian tradition too. Warm jeera water gives you good digestion also ,when u drink it after pizza or pasta whatever. U will love to drink ur water frequently because of that nice aroma ..
