  1. It’s tough to find info on how apple cider vinegar makes you lose weight, so thanks for this article! I just started taking it daily about a week ago. Originally, I took it to help get rid of a cold faster. I took 3x a day, and my cold was gone within 48 hours. Couldn’t believe it! And I’m usually the type of person who gets SO sick, my colds turn into bronchitis. It’s too soon to tell for weight loss, but I’m going to keep taking it. My energy levels have gone up, and my body just feels better in general after I drink a glass of water with 2 tbsp of ACV mixed in. I think this will become part of my daily routine forever. It has so many benefits!

    why cant i drink it straight without diluting it? I find it much easier. Will I achieve the same affects??

  3. Jenny it has a low oh and if you drink it straight it says you could get blisters in your mouth.
