    Ok…. whatever you eat DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR WEIGHT. whether you eat healthy organic food or not. It's what you BELIEVE is the key !! It is all energy anyways. An elephant only eats greens and look how big they are. Have you seen a fat hyena ? They eat everything….as often as they can !
    I know this from experience and from fact ! I have watched what I ate and exercised regularly without losing anything. Then, giving it up, I enjoyed what I wanted, when I wanted, and became thin before long. Just enjoy life! What you want will happen .. dont stress about it !!

    I wish you specified *FAT loss, not weight loss. I've lost lots of weight, but not fat. You can see my ribs and my pot belly. I have a thigh gap and chubby thighs. I weigh what I did in highschool, but I'm fat.
    Another thing is that I wish this was more about discipline, health and self love rather than about superficial reasons. Affirmations like "I'm committed to routine". "I feel better about my goals every day" when can been nice.
